About Us

FTJ Staffing Solutions, LLC was founded by Julia T. Smith and Yashica Harrell, two hotel industry veterans with more than 45 years of combined experience in hospitality. Seeing the increasing need for temporary hotel consulting assistance, they made the leap into task force as Independent Contractors. With the help of additional task force professionals, the partners are now able to offer temporary assistance to hotels around the country.
